A Black Owned Woman Business, a native of NYC. We are located in the heart of Fleetwood-Mount Vernon,N.Y. since September 2014. Velma's store was previously located 1996-2002 in Harlem. We are proud not to be a "cookie cutter" store. We are a uniquely blended fusion of party goods/supplies and unique gifts. We hope our store's atmosphere gives you a warm & fuzzy vibe as you shop- lol. Enjoy shopping with the ambiance of music, kid's movies on our TVs, and don't forget to take a complimentary tootsie roll candy or two after your purchase. We appreciate your business!
