Available *Remote *Travel * Meet session *BASIC NOTARY SERVICE* *As of 12/31/2024 we ended $2 unscheduled/call-in/on-site generic walk-in notary service. If you are in need of *basic notary services, an appointment must be made. I'm available for SAME DAY appointments. We mainly cater for Remote & Travel Notary Related Services and Drafting of such documents. Whether it's an affidavit, real estate transaction, business agreement Finance/Loan documents, Power of Attorney(POA), Last Will and Testament(LWT), Court documents, Pre-Nuptial/Rental/Non-Disclosure Agreements,Land Transfer, Settlements, Personal Documents.Oaths and Affirmations, Certifying Copies, Acknowledging/Witnessing signatures. *Particular legal documents(POA,LWT,Trust,Proxy forms) will have a specific notary fee which will include the scheduling service fee. Authentications - Notarized DocumentsIf you need an authentication of a Notary Public who is qualified in Westchester County, you must bring in the document(s) with the original notary stamp and signature on it to: The Office of the Westchester County Clerk at 110 Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd.,Room 330 in White Plains,NY. Payment Mobile service is pre-pay. Payment types:

1) Cash 2)By phone credit 3)Cash app 4)Vemno Wait Time We allow a 10 minute wait grace period at destination site. If the client and all additional participants(principal, agent, witnesses*) are not all present, appointment is cancelled, with no refund. *If witness(es) are not present within 10 minute grace period, and the principal client wishes to move forward on notorization without witnesses, that is their option. Notary is not legally responsible if document(s) afterward is/are deemed invalid. If the witness(es) arrive after principle signature has been executed by notary, and he/she/they did not "visibly" witness the signing, the notary will not agree to complete the witness portion of the document, but will complete the notarization of the principal's portion. ( NO EXCEPTIONS) Refunds/Cancellations If a Client must cancel, you will receive full refund of notorization services not rendered, but you must cancel within a certain time to receive fefund of mobile fee:

*Within 24 hours of appt date & time. 100% mobile fee refund will be issued within 24 hours.

* After 24 hours of appt date & time - 50% refund of mobile fee will be issued within 24 hours. *Refunds are returned, the same process it was received.(except credit card payments). Example: If you have a mobile appointment at 9:00 a.m. on a Tuesday, you. must cancel before 9:00 a.m. the Monday before to receive a 100% refund of mobile fee.
